SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a CDL Mixer Operator in Texas to deliver ready mix and serve customers with a safety-first mindset. You will drive a concrete mixer, load and inspect concrete, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to commercial and residential sites.

• Must pass pre-employment screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
