SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver quality concrete to construction sites and be home daily. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with professionalism.

Active Class A or B CDL with a clean safety record, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required; prior mixer experience is a plus. SRM offers competitive pay, great benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
