SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) seeks a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites, with home daily and no Sunday work.

Responsibilities include operating a concrete mixer, loading and inspecting concrete, and delivering top-tier customer service while upholding safety standards. Prior mixing/delivery experience is a plus; willingness to undergo SRM pre-employment screenings is required.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with valid DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at each site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance for safety and compliance.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and company safety protocols to protect crew and public.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with plant/yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
