Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to both commercial and residential sites. If you hold a Class A or B CDL, you’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with a service-first attitude.

You will load and mix concrete to spec, perform safety checks, and maintain records, all while providing exceptional customer service and representing SRM’s values on every shift.

Qualifications

• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and professional interaction at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at job sites and represent SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to keep self and team safe.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
