SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete on local routes with daily home time. You’ll operate concrete mixer trucks (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and provide outstanding customer service at each site.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, adhere to DOT/OSHA safety protocols, and keep accurate records. The role offers opportunities for growth, overtime after 8 hours, bonuses, and annual raises within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM’s values on every job.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
