SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites while upholding safety and exceptional customer service. You will operate concrete mixer trucks, perform inspections, and maintain accurate delivery records.

This role emphasizes on-time deliveries, teamwork with dispatch and plant staff, and adherence to safety protocols. You’ll be part of a nationwide company with opportunities for growth and a stable, home-daily schedule.

• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Comfort with lifting up to 100 lbs and working in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
