What you need

• Bilingual in English and Spanish — required. You'll be giving safety, quality, and production instructions to both English- and Spanish-speaking team members, so you need to be able to explain things clearly in both.
• Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Comfortable directing others and also taking direction
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Available to work weekends when the schedule calls for it
• Organized, safety-conscious, and dependable

Nice to have

• Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Experience with batching, mixing, or blending

• Shift: 1st 7:00AM - 3:00 PM
• Pay: $19/hour
• Weekends: required as needed
