CHASE Staffing is seeking a CDL‑qualified driver to operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready‑mix concrete to customer sites in Auburn, GA. You will ensure product quality, safety, and excellent customer service on every drop.

Schedule is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6 AM to finish, with a pay range of $22–$25 per hour based on experience. Candidates must meet DOT requirements and maintain a clean MVR.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a concrete mixer truck.
• Unexpired DOT medical card.
• Safe driving record (MVR reviewed).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.

Job Summary:

Will be responsible for safely operating a commercial motor vehicle to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites while ensuring product quality, safety, and excellent customer service.

Schedule:

Monday Friday 1st Shift: 6AM-FINISH $22-$25/hr. (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a mixer truck to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to various construction sites.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck.
• Completes recordkeeping load information on reach order ticker that the driver delivers to job sites and returns to the batch office.
• Safely load, transport, and discharge concrete in accordance with specifications and company procedures.
• Communicate with dispatchers, batch plant, operators, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain slump (consistency) of concrete through the proper use of truck controls and added water, when authorized.
• Wash out the drum and chutes after each delivery to prevent material build-up.
• Keep truck clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, contractors, and the public.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class B or higher with air brake endorsement.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience with a Concrete Mixer Truck.
• Safe driving record (MVR will be reviewed).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Unexpired DOT medical card.
• Experience with mixer trucks or construction materials.
• String communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders and access all areas of the truck.
• Lift and carry chutes and other equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
