No problem - this is an excellent entry-level manufacturing opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and build a long-term career.The more you learn, the more you earn.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh and measure raw materials for batch productionPour and transfer ingredients into tanks, vessels, and mixersSet up, operate, and monitor mixing equipment throughout productionFollow batch sheets, formulas, and production documentation preciselyPerform quality checks to ensure proper consistency, ratios, and appearanceComplete all batch records and production paperwork in a timely mannerTransfer finished product into drums, totes, or designated containersReturn unused ingredients to inventory properly labeled, weighed, and cleanedClean and sanitize tanks, mixers, utensils, and surrounding work areasCommunicate with production teams when batches are completed and readyFollow all food safety, GMP, safety, and SOP requirements at all timesSupport additional manufacturing duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceWillingness and eagerness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentComfortable using computers and completing documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas exactlyAbility to multitask and reprioritize tasks as production needs changeAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. to shoulder height frequently throughout shift
