Job summary

Accupac is seeking a meticulous Compounder to produce high-quality cosmetics and personal care products. You will follow written batch instructions, maintain clean equipment, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines while supporting QA sampling and material checks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in manufacturing or chemical handling, and ability to lift 50 lbs; respirator use and exposure to solvents are part of the job. Accupac offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or chemical handling preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, cGMPs, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate manual equipment.
• Comfortable working with hot water, solvents, and sanitizing agents.
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitted respirator.
• Physically capable of repetitive tasks, working at heights, and working in dusty environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Responsibilities

• Compound bulk products by following written batch instructions and safety guidelines.
• Clean, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment for production runs.
• Verify raw materials, equipment readiness, and compliance before starting batches.
• Record batch data and logbook entries accurately and consistently.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for product sampling and approval.
• Support unloading and preparation of bulk storage tanks.
• Perform daily system monitoring, DI water sampling, and routine equipment upkeep.
• Conduct minor maintenance and assist with cleaning and painting tasks.
• Follow cGMP and SOPs to ensure compliance and quality.

Location: 1501 Industrial Blvd, Mainland, PA 19451

Shift: B Shift (10:00pm-10:00am) (Friday, Saturday, and 1 weekday)

Pay: $22.80/hr (Scheduled for 36 hours get paid for 40)
