Job summary

Baptist Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Mixed Acuity Unit. This full-time role covers 36 weekly hours on a day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (7a–7p) with every third weekend. Sign on Bonus eligible for experienced candidates.

You will deliver nursing care according to the Nursing Process and uphold Kentucky Nursing Laws, collaborating with the inter-professional team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky License required.
• BCLS required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS required within six months for experienced staff nurses and within one year for new graduate nurses.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process for assigned patients across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team to optimize patient outcomes and quality care.
