Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; relevant experience in lieu accepted.
• Ability to lift 0–50 lbs as needed.
• Judgement and decision-making skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and focus on versatility.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and report unsafe conditions or accidents.
• Pre-weigh materials following mix instructions.
• Run automated mixing system via HMIs.
• Connect piping for cleaning and mixing as directed.
• Perform internal cleaning procedures on production equipment.
• Report issues quickly to minimize production impact.
• Assist with start-up/shut-down and changeovers.
• Train Packaging Technician I on safety, quality, and operations.
• Ensure product quality and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean equipment and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
