Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix batches of products following standard operating procedures and quality checks.
• Operate and monitor automated mixing systems via HMIs and perform manual piping connections as needed.
• Charge transfers of finished batches to holding tanks and ensure proper documentation of material usage.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with quality standards.
• Train Packaging Technician I associates on safety, quality, and operational expectations.
• Provide feedback to teammates to support their development and continuous improvement.
