Job summary

BISSELL Homecare, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Warehouse Technician I for a 2nd shift (4 10's) 2:45 pm–1:00 am. You will support liquid filling, packaging, and blowmolding, pick/place and deliver materials, and unload/load inbound/outbound trailers. You will learn through BISSELL Skill System and train others while contributing to safety and quality.

The role offers hands-on development, teamwork, and opportunities for advancement within the plant operations and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED or relevant experience in lieu of diploma.
• Capable of lifting 0–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Load/unload trailers per truck diagram.
• Receive bulk chemical deliveries.
• Use Oracle ERP to locate items on forklift computer.
• Unpack, repack, and prep products for E-Commerce.
• Ensure product quality according to specs.
• Perform simple assembly operations on small parts.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
