• Manage the operation of large-scale industrial mixing machinery
• Ensure production efficiency by lifting containers up to 50 lbs
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to keep equipment running smoothly
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety protocols
• Support sanitation efforts by cleaning and disinfecting batching tools
• Provide support to the broader production line as operational needs arise
• Contribute to a more efficient facility by keeping your workstation tidy and orderly

Required Qualifications

• Prior background in a food production setting is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively both solo and within a group
• Strong sense of personal initiative and consistent attendance
• Capacity to remain on your feet for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift
• Physical capability to perform bending, reaching, and stooping motions throughout the day
• Ability to safely handle and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
