• Manage the operation of food production machinery such as Quantum, ADCO, Wexxar, CASAN, and Texwrap systems.
• Execute routine inspections and light maintenance to help ensure equipment remains in peak working condition.
• Resolve mechanical malfunctions promptly to help maintain consistent production output.
• Verify product quality by checking seal integrity, specifications, and code dates.
• Modify machine parameters to support the delivery of high-quality goods.
• Maintain precise logs of production timing, machine configurations, and output data.
• Ensure all necessary quality and production paperwork is completed accurately.
• Work alongside colleagues and leadership to help improve overall line performance and efficiency.
