Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Technician (Restoration Crew Member) to help clean and prepare homes after water, fire, or storm damage. You’ll learn a trade through paid training and work with a crew to restore properties.

Lift up to 75 lbs, participate in on-site operations, and collaborate with a team. The role offers career advancement, overtime, and on-call bonuses with a supportive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willing to learn and train for certifications.
• No prior restoration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and equipment and keep trucks and tools organized.
• Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment with training provided.
• Assist with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage.
• Assist with simple temporary repairs like tarping roofs or boarding up windows/doors.
• Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks and support teammates on job sites.
• Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.
