Mitigation Technician - What Does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Do?

Qualifications (Requirements)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as necessary.
• Assist in warehousing and facility‑related tasks when needed.
• Support and lead other team members when opportunities arise.
• Focus and dedicate to providing excellent customer service.
