Job summary

Infinity Restoration Inc in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking a skilled Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role helps property owners recover from water, fire and other damage, delivering fast, professional service when it matters most.

You will work on residential and commercial sites, set up drying equipment, document progress, follow IICRC standards, and communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related trades preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document job progress accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to on‑call emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services on residential and commercial properties.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters.
• Conduct structural drying, demolition, and debris removal as needed.
• Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress with photos and written reports.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process.
• Follow IICRC standards and safety protocols on every job site.
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after‑hours and weekend situations.
