Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking entry-level Mitigation Technicians to help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers in their time of need. This hands-on role offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long-term growth in the restoration industry.

In this position, you will assist with mitigation tasks, respond to emergency service calls, operate tools safely, and help document work performed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces.
• Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
• Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Document work performed using company technology and software
• Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule
