Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a hands-on Restoration Lead Technician to join our Mitigation Service Team. You will work side by side with the team to restore properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or asbestos.

In this role, you'll remove non-restorable materials, extract standing water, move and store equipment, and follow job action plans while maintaining safety and quality. You must be physically fit and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to the Main Office.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending and twisting.
• Clean shave required for respirator use per OSHA.
• Team player in a collaborative work environment.
• Experience working in tight or confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
• Extract standing water as needed.
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans.
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including debris removal.
• Assist Project Foreman with job site production.
• Maintain job site safety and compliance.
• Execute the job action plan for restoration production.
• Manipulate contents and operate power tools as required.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Assist with warehouse duties and equipment placement.
• Communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors.

Job Summary

As a Restoration Lead Technician, you'll be responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes.
