Job summary

Renewal Restoration in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Mitigation Technician with hands-on experience in water damage removal and dry-out. You will work solo or with a team, setting equipment, documenting moisture mapping, and taking photos to support mitigation.

Mold exposure is part of the job, asbestos a bonus but not required. Responsibilities include driving to locations around the valley, performing emergency response after hours when feasible, and passing a background check with a drug test.

Both Commercial and Residential.

Certification is not required, but experience is a must.

Setting equipment and recording to mitigate; pictures & moisture mapping.

Must have valid driver's license, pass a drug test, and background check.

Driving all locations around the valley and take emergencies after hour work when feasible.
