United Property Restoration Services seeks Mitigation Technicians to join our growing team. Technicians travel to damaged properties to support water and mold damage cleanup, mitigation, and early restoration efforts.

You’ll be the first responder on site, performing cleanup, content handling, and on-location remediation in residential and commercial buildings. We value reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Self-motivated, reliable and a team player.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Available for emergency services (nights, weekends and holidays) and on-call rotation.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Able to lift/move 50+ lbs and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Mitigate water damage and perform microbial remediation on-site.
• Assist with structural board-up and security measures.
• On-location cleaning, content pack-outs and processing, deodorization.
• Handle content storage and organization during restoration.

We are an established and growing restoration general contractor that specializes in rebuilding and restoring residential buildings after a flood, fire, or other natural disaster. We are seeking Mitigation Technicians to join our team. United Property Restoration Services is committed to our CARE AT WORK philosophy providing our customers the expertise needed to recover and rebuild their property. Our Mitigation Technicians travel to damaged homes or businesses and support the cleanup and restoration of water and mold-damaged property. These roles serve as the first responders in property loss situations and help to mitigate the damage in both residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience in mitigation is preferred, but not required.
• Available for emergency services (nights, weekends, & holidays) and rotating on-call.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Able to lift/move 50+ lbs.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
• Must display the ability to learn cleaning solutions, mixtures, cleaning techniques, and water loss procedures.
