Renewal Restoration in Dallas area seeks an Independent Experienced Mitigation Technician to handle emergency water extraction, drying, and documentation on site at residential and commercial properties. Valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug test and background check required.

Certification not required, but experience in moisture mapping and mitigation is essential. You will work with the Mitigate app to log readings and photos.

Responsabilidades

• Emergency water extraction, demo, and structural drying.
• Set and monitor drying equipment; take moisture readings until dry standards are met.
• Document every job in the Mitigate app—photos, readings, scope, logs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, project managers, and office staff.
• Maintain equipment and keep truck stocked and ready for jobs.

-Renewal Restoration is an established water and reconstruction Restoration company, that also does pack-outs. We started in Arizona 2018 and opening a second location here in Dallas and surrounding cities.

We are looking for an Independent Experienced Mitigation Technician with a

Valid drivers License, Pass drug test, and background check.

Certification is not required, but experience is a must.

We work with mitigate- moisture mapping and uploading pictures.

Great Customer service is required.

Working both in residential and commercial property.

• Emergency water extraction, demo, and structural drying
• Set and monitor drying equipment; take daily moisture reading until dry standards is met
• Document every job in the mitigate app-- photos, readings, scope, and daily logs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers. As well as office staff.
• Maintain equipment and keep truck stocked and job ready.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and respond to after hour emergency calls
• Reliable, on-time, and take pride in yourself in doing a job well done and complete.
