What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage mitigation projects (water, mold, fire/smoke)
• Oversee crews and ensure smooth job site operations
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Use digital tools to document and monitor progress
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean, stocked, and ready

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of restoration/mitigation experience
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and clean background

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call shifts (1 week/month)
