SERVPRO is seeking a Mitigation Technician to join our Florence, SC team, helping restore homes and businesses after disasters. You will perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration as part of a dedicated crew.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in restoration, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work evenings or weekends. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of restoration, construction, or related field experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration techniques is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration services.
• Assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans for clients.
• Utilize specialized equipment for drying, dehumidifying, and sanitizing affected areas.
• Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the restoration process.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all operations.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance as needed.
