SERVPRO in Florence, SC is seeking a Mitigation Technician to help restore homes and businesses after disasters. Join a dedicated team in a locally trusted company, where your work makes a real difference for clients and the community.

You will perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration, assess damage, operate drying and sanitizing equipment, and document the process while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A personal vehicle to get to work is required.
