Job summary

SERVPRO Denver is hiring a Mitigation/Restoration Technician to respond to water, mold, and large loss fires. You will load equipment, prep sites, and perform production tasks per SERVPRO guidelines. On-call availability and occasional night/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy lifting, running equipment, cleaning/janitorial work, construction/restoration, or general labor.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• WRT certification is preferred.
• Professional appearance and a great attitude are required.
• Willing to be on call occasionally due to 24-hour emergency services; some night/weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO guidelines and Crew Chief instructions.
• Relay customer needs and concerns.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown of the site.

COMPENSATION:

$22-$25/Hr. depending on experience, + OT and on Call Bonus
