Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. in Denver is hiring a Mitigation/Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will inventory and load equipment, maintain clean vehicles, and prepare work sites. If you enjoy helping people through tough situations and possess the required skills, this position is for you.

Compensation starts at $20+/Hr depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement and global travel are available as part of our disaster recovery team. We value an inclusive environment and celebration of diversity.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy lifting and operating machines is beneficial.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• WRT Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with needed equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms for work activities.
• Set up staging area and equipment.
• Follow production processes and instructions.
• Perform cleanup at job sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates with experience with heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/ restoration, and/or general labor would be successful in this role
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Must have your WRT Certification
• Must have a professional appearance and a great attitude
• Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services
• Some night and weekend work is required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.)
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction
• Relay customer needs and concerns
• Perform end‑of‑day/ end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites looking clean and orderly
