Job summary

Servproloveland is seeking a Restoration Technician in Fort Collins to support our restoration team in recovering properties impacted by fire and water damage. You will help make a difference in people's lives while working with cutting-edge equipment.

An ideal candidate will have experience with heavy lifting, construction work, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers great pay starting at $23-$25 per hour, plus benefits such as medical insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude are required.
• Must be willing to be on call occasionally for emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Detail inventory and load work vehicle with necessary equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare areas for work activities including water extraction.
• Relay customer needs and perform end-of-job cleanup.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates that have experience with heavy lifting, running machines/equipment, cleaning/ janitorial work, construction/ restoration, and/or general labor would be successful in this role
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude
• Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services
• Some night and weekend work are required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Detail inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.)
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction
• Relay customer needs and concerns
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites looking clean and orderly
