Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Mitigation Technician to restore properties after disasters across our community. You will be on the front lines, performing water mitigation, tarping, mold remediation and related tasks while delivering exceptional customer service with urgency and empathy.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, lead abatement and carpet cleaning per standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with empathy and urgency.
• Keep truck and equipment clean, stocked, and organized; maintain company equipment.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities)

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
