Job summary

Sunstall Inc. seeks a motivated Mitigation Supervisor to lead field teams in delivering restoration services. This role oversees mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

You will supervise technicians, manage timelines and budgets, document work with photos and reports, and uphold OSHA standards while mentoring staff in best practices.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in restoration/mitigation (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of drying techniques and restoration equipment
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT/ASD/AMRT)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support mitigation technicians on jobsites
• Manage water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and procedures
• Monitor job progress, timelines, and budgets
• Perform site inspections and quality control checks
• Document job details, including photos, moisture readings, and reports
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Train and mentor team members to support growth and development
