Job summary

Servpro West Seneca Lancaster is seeking a Restoration Technician to join our team. As a local leader in disaster recovery, you will assist customers in recovering from incidents like water and fire damage. The role includes responding to service calls, ensuring quality service, and maintenance of equipment.

We provide extensive paid training to ensure you gain valuable skills in the restoration industry. Strong earning potential exists, with base pay starting at $17.00-$19.00 per hour and opportunities for overtime and bonuses, potentially earning over $55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; will train from the ground up.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Responding to service calls as needed
• Being on a rotating on-call schedule
• Performing services following SERVPRO production guidelines
• Communicating with the Crew Chief to ensure customer needs are met
• Supporting crew members and production staff
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas

Our technicians are dispatched to different jobsites throughout the week, providing constant variety and new challenges.

Earning Potential

Base Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour to start (Advancement and raises available)

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

• $45,000-$55,000+ in total annual compensation in their first year
• Top performers and team leaders regularly earn $60,000+ annually

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Schedule

• Full-time: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Frequent overtime, evenings, and weekends
• Primarily local travel
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
