You will be the primary point of contact for customers during the job life cycle, explain reconstruction processes, and set expectations for workflows and timelines. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting budgets, reviewing files for profitability and scope accuracy, and providing detailed documentation to the Project

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle.
• Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines.
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project.
• Review the completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
• Provide detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator.
