Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervising experience.
• Minimum 3 years of restoration/mitigation industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using mobile devices and software.
• Negotiate project scope and approval with customers/clients.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources for active projects including subcontractors.
• Review site documentation to support services and ensure proper billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.

As the Mitigation Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects and crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Locally owned and operated leading disaster cleanup and restoration company in business in Massachusetts for over 32 years is seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing mobile devices and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certifications are preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
