Job Summary:

As our Mitigation Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Mitigation Project Coordinator and Mitigation Director to schedule projects and lead our skilled and dedicated staff through each project from start to finish. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, adjusters, and other participants, you'll ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard and on time.

As a true problem solver, you'll not only manage existing projects but also be responsible for selling new projects and developing scopes of work needed to mitigate the loss and organize the job site. With your strong understanding of Xactimate and DASH software, you'll be responsible for managing these programs and ensuring that every project is executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspects new job opportunities
2. Sells and signs up new opportunities for service
3. Works with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects
4. Develops project scopes
5. Manage Client, adjuster, and other participants' communication
6. Direct assigned team members on job sites
7. Develop and Monitor job workflows
8. Organize sub-contractors as needed on the job site
9. Order vendors as needed for the job site
10. Manage job site issues
11. Manages DASH job files assigned to you
12. Estimate jobs in Xactimate
13. Create the final Invoice in Xactimate
14. Other duties as required

Qualifications:

1. Relevant experience in emergency restoration (required)
2. Sales experience (required)
3. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (required)
4. Full-time position
5. IICRC certifications, including but not limited to WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
6. Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
7. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
8. Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
9. Must have Valid Drivers' License
10. Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
11. Use estimating software like Xactimate
12. Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
13. Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
14. Working in tight or confined spaces
