Job summary

A&J Property Restoration in the Madison area is seeking a full-time Mitigation Project Manager who brings a professional sales mindset, strong communication, and a knack for building relationships with insurance professionals, property managers and customers.

You will generate new leads, scope and estimate projects using Xactimate/Symbility/T&M Pro, manage budgets, ensure client satisfaction, and support insurance program metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the Restoration Industry.
• IICRC Certifications
• Insurance mitigation experience
• Proven track record and personality for sales
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Inspect prospective projects, scoping the work, and generate an estimate using Xactimate/Symbility/T&M Pro
• Budget and manage residential and commercial mitigation projects
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project
• Manage and maintain insurance program performance metrics
