Job summary

Compleat Restorations is seeking an experienced mitigation supervisor to join our field team in the Lancaster County area. You will lead crews, respond to property damage events, and guide restoration projects from planning through completion.

The role requires 2+ years of mitigation experience (5+ preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Expect travel to multiple sites, on-call work, and a strong focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of mitigation experience; five (5) or more years preferred
• Proven experience managing residential and commercial mitigation projects
• Ability to effectively follow direction and lead a team
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license; pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills with excellent customer service and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer needs following property damage events and initiate mitigation and restoration process
• Develop clear mitigation plans and ensure they are executed safely and in accordance with industry standards and IICRC guidelines
• Provide direction and leadership to crew members; ensure tasks are communicated and performed correctly
• Conduct daily job site checks to monitor progress and quality control
• Maintain thorough job documentation including photos, logs, and compliance records
• Enforce job site safety standards at all times
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, supervisors, and co-workers
• Complete all assignments promptly and in alignment with company expectations
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency jobs
• Travel to multiple job sites daily and work in various environments
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Frequent travel to multiple residential and commercial job sites
• Work performed in diverse environments, including hot, cold, wet, humid, dusty, dirty, and odor-prone conditions
• Exposure to damaged structures resulting from water, fire, mold, or other property loss events, once areas are deemed safe
• Ability to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, basements, and attics
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, equipment, and tools weighing up to 50 pounds or more
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, goggles, respirators, Tyvek suits, hard hats, and high-visibility clothing
• Exposure to cleaning agents, disinfectants, and restoration equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Work performed in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and occasionally high-stress situations
