Job summary

Entrusted is hiring a part-time Mitigation Laborer (Mitigation Technician) for our West Palm Beach branch and surrounding areas — Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale. This in-person role offers $16–$18 per hour and a 20–30 hour weekly schedule.

You will assess restoration needs for water, fire, or mold damaged homes, remove damaged materials, set up mitigation equipment, perform demolition and cleanup, and wear PPE. Hands-on training is provided with a path to full-time.

Entrusted is hiring a part-time, Mitigation Laborer (internally called Mitigation Technician) for our West Palm Beach branch and surrounding areas - Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale.

Physical Demands

• Able to drive long distances to various locations
• Able to work in a contaminated air environment
• Able to regularly talk and hear
• Able to lift heavy objects (approximately 107 pounds)
• Able to walk, stand, sit, bend over, stoop, crawl, work on knees, work overhead, and utilize ladders as needed
