Job summary

Entrusted is seeking a Mitigation Laborer for our West Palm Beach area team. This part-time, in-person role pays $16.00-$18.00 per hour and offers hands-on training as you support water, fire, and mold restoration projects.

You'll work 20–30 hours per week, with opportunities to move into full-time roles as you gain experience while contributing to a growing Florida operation.

Join Our Growing West Palm Beach Team Entrusted is hiring a part-time, Mitigation Laborer (internally called Mitigation Technician) for our West Palm Beach branch and surrounding areas - Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities

• Assess and communicate a plan to restore water, fire, or mold damaged homes
• Remove damaged materials and set up mitigation equipment
• Perform demolition and clean up completed jobs
• Wear required PPE
• Other duties may be assigned
