Entrusted is seeking a Mitigation Technician in West Palm Beach to assess and restore water, fire, or mold-damaged homes. This full-time, in-person role includes hands-on training and room to grow.

You will operate with PPE, travel to sites, and contribute to cleanup, with take-home truck and tools provided. The position offers merit raises, 401(k), health benefits, PTO, and paid holidays.

Mitigation Technician

Full-Time | In-Person

West Palm Beach, Florida

$18.00 - $20.00 per Hour (Plus Overtime)

Join Our Growing West Palm Beach Team Entrusted is hiring a Mitigation Technician for our West Palm Beach branch. Hands-on training and real room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assess and communicate a plan to restore water, fire, or mold damaged homes
• Remove damaged materials and set up mitigation equipment
• Perform demolition and clean up completed jobs
• Wear required PPE

Physical Demands

• Able to drive long distances to various locations
• Able to work in a contaminated air environment
• Able to regularly talk and hear
• Able to lift heavy objects (approximately 107 pounds)
• Able to walk, stand, sit, bend over, stoop, crawl, work on knees, work overhead, and utilize ladders as needed
