Job summary

Entrusted is hiring a Mitigation Technician for our Tampa, FL branch. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on training and real room to grow as you help restore homes affected by water, fire, or mold.

You will work on-site in Tampa, receive a take-home truck and tools, a phone and iPad, and be eligible for merit raises and promotions as you gain experience. Compensation starts at $18.00–$22.00 per hour with overtime, plus benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and paid

Mitigation Technician

Responsibilities

• Assess and communicate a plan to restore water, fire, or mold damaged homes
• Remove damaged materials and set up mitigation equipment
• Perform demolition and clean up completed jobs
• Wear required PPE

Physical Demands

• Able to drive long distances to various locations
• Able to work in a contaminated air environment
• Able to regularly talk and hear
• Able to lift heavy objects (approximately 107 pounds)
• Able to walk, stand, sit, bend over, stoop, crawl, work on knees, work overhead, and utilize ladders as needed
