Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is hiring entry-level Mitigation Laborers in Colorado, starting at $20–$23 per hour. No experience or degree required; full paid training and IICRC certification provided.

You'll respond to water, fire, and storm damage, learn drying equipment, and work with a crew. Overtime is available and advancement from within is encouraged. 16 locations across 7 states offer transfer opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+, valid driver's license, able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Willing to be on-call rotation (water damage doesn't keep banker's hours)

Responsibilities

• Respond to property damage calls.
• Extract water, set up drying equipment, and demo damaged materials.
• Work with a crew.
• Learn the science of restoration (psychometrics, structural drying, microbial remediation).

What we're looking for:
