Job summary

SERVPRO Team Landers is hiring entry-level Mitigation Laborers to respond to property damage calls and learn a licensed trade (IICRC certification on us). You'll extract water, set up drying equipment, and demo damaged materials as part of a crew, with paid training and real responsibilities from day one.

Starting pay is $20–$23 per hour, with overtime opportunities and clear paths to lead crews or locations.

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation; bilingual a plus.

We're hiring entry-level Mitigation Laborers, no experience needed, no degree required, full training paid. You'll learn a licensed trade (IICRC certification, on us), work with real equipment, and respond to real emergencies helping homeowners recover from water, fire, and storm damage.

What you'll do: Respond to property damage calls. Extract water, set up drying equipment, and demo damaged materials. Work with a crew. Learn the science of restoration (psychometrics, structural drying, microbial remediation). Talk to customers on the worst day of their year and help fix it.

What we're looking for:

• 18+, valid driver's license, able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Show up on time, ready to work
• Willing to be on-call rotation (water damage doesn't keep banker's hours)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required
