DRYmedic Restoration of Bloomfield Twp. is seeking a Mitigation Foreman to lead a crew on restoration projects from start to finish. You'll own the job site, push the pace, and ensure timely completion with accountability for the crew.

You will supervise technicians and subcontractors, manage water extraction and drying setup, and maintain safety and documentation using company software. This role requires a hands-on leader with on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restoration experience required.
• Valid driver's license and must pass background check.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Available for on-call rotation.

You'll lead a crew of technicians, own the job site from start to finish, and be the one everyone looks to when things don't go as planned.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll be expected to push the pace, hold the crew accountable, make fast decisions, and bring solutions — not excuses.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$37/hr based on experience
