Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration of Central Phoenix is seeking a Mitigation Foreman to lead from the front and own the job site from start to finish. You’ll push the crew, anticipate problems, and ensure timely completion with quality results.

Join a team that responds to water, fire, and mold damage. You’ll oversee a crew, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and make fast decisions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restoration experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to pass background check.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• On-site supervision and fast decision-making are essential.

You'll lead a crew of technicians, own the job site from start to finish, and be the one everyone looks to when things don't go as planned.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll be expected to push the pace, hold the crew accountable, make fast decisions, and bring solutions — not excuses.

What You'll Do

• Lead the crew to complete jobs on time
