Power Dry is expanding into North Carolina and seeks a Mitigation Coordinator and Estimator in Statesville. Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, gathering scope details, timely submissions, and supporting negotiations with adjusters, along with robust file management

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate job estimates in accordance with insurance industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and field technicians to gather scope-specific details.
• Ensure estimates are submitted timely and follow up on pending approvals or revisions.
• Support claim negotiations with insurance adjusters as needed.
• Create, organize, and maintain digital job files from intake to closeout.
• Track job progress and follow up on outstanding paperwork or data.
• Communicate with insurance companies and TPAs regarding estimate status and documentation.
