Job summary

Power Dry is expanding into North Carolina and seeks a Mitigation Coordinator and Estimator in Greensboro. You will manage insurance estimate creation, document control, file processing, and coordinate with technicians, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure documentation and billing comply with industry standards.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates per insurance standards, gathering scope details with field staff, submitting estimates timely, supporting claim

Qualifications

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, document management, and basic office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate job estimates per insurance standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and field technicians to gather scope details.
• Ensure estimates are submitted timely and follow up on approvals or revisions.
• Support claim negotiations with insurance adjusters as needed.
• Create, organize, and maintain digital job files from intake to closeout.
• Track job progress and billing notes; maintain internal databases.
• Respond to calls and emails with detailed customer information.
• Communicate with insurance companies and TPAs regarding estimate status.
