Power Dry is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator and Estimator in Greensboro, NC to manage insurance estimates, document control, and file processing. You will work cross-functionally with technicians, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure documentation and billing align with insurance guidelines.

The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and strong communication. Starting pay is $22.00/hour with potential performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate job estimates in accordance with insurance industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and field technicians to gather scope-specific details.
• Ensure estimates are submitted timely and follow up on pending approvals or revisions.
• Support claim negotiations with insurance adjusters as needed.
• Create, organize, and maintain digital job files from intake to closeout.
• Track job progress and follow up on outstanding paperwork or data.
• Communicate with insurance companies and third-party administrators regarding estimate status and documentation.
