Job summary

Power Dry is expanding into North Carolina and seeks a Mitigation Coordinator and Estimator in Statesville to manage insurance estimates, document control, file processing, and general administrative support.

You will work cross-functionally with technicians, project managers, and insurance partners to gather scope details, ensure timely estimates and billing accuracy, and maintain organized digital job files from intake through closeout.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate insurance estimates and billing in line with industry standards.
• Create, organize, and maintain digital job files from intake to closeout; ensure all documents are uploaded and recorded.
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and insurance partners to gather scope details and track status of estimates.
• Provide general office support and assist refining billing workflows for efficiency.
